2012 CLCS Users Conference The CLCS Users Conference will be held May 20-24, 2012, in Westlake Village, California. Our theme -- "Building on the past...Planning for the future" -- will focus on Data Select's 30th anniversary and the continuing enhancement of CLCS and support of our clients. CLCS III - Expansion in Client Organizations CLCS is expanding in User Share as well as Market Share due to standardization and consolidation of application systems. CLCS III - Release 3.1 Distribution of the latest Release 3.1 of the CLCS III System is on a record pace for upgrades by current clients. In fact, requests for this new release have come from over 75% of the current client base. The key benefits of Release 3.1 include security authentication that meets the latest regulatory requirements, expanded rate fields for LIBOR pricing, 3rd party servicing, and global readiness. CLCS III - Technical Architecture A global banking organization is using the web-based deployment architecture of the CLCS III System as its "go forward" standard for all strategic application systems. CLCS is deployed in a 24/7 transaction processing environment utilizing IBM's VSAM Transparency/DB2 on a CICS/ZOS Mainframe. CLCS III - New Business The trend of the world's largest banks is to acquire "best-of-breed," "out-of-the-box" software systems. This trend is driving sales of the CLCS III System. Current clients are expanding the use of CLCS across their organizations with the addition of business units, portfolios, and interfaces. CLCS III - Control of Defaulting & Recovering Loans Data Select is continuing to assist clients who need to utilize CLCS III for control of defaulting loans. Non-performing, foreclosed, and REO assets are controlled on CLCS III. This functionality was developed during the savings-and-loan crisis, when CLCS III was the "system of record" for the RTC. CLCS III - Oracle/MS SQL Integration Several CLCS III client banks have now installed the Oracle/Microsoft SQL Integration Module. The benefits of this integration module for CLCS III clients include near real-time information for management decision-making and website customer service. CLCS III - Superior System Rating Once again, the CLCS III System received a superior rating by the internal auditors of a nationwide banking organization. This rating is based on:

Data Select - Business Partnerships Data Select is continuing to build strong business partnerships with the top US financial service organizations. One such partnership has 20 common clients. Each Business Partner serves as an extension of the Data Select organization and its compelling CLCS brand identity in the banking industry. Data Select is working with a new Business Partner to expand its CLCS System into the Dominican Republic and Panama bank markets. Data Select - Direction Data Select is the dominant company in the automation of construction loan control, with its CLCS III System servicing 50% of North America's construction loan outstandings ($400 billion).
