"CLCS - Harvesting the Opportunities"

This year's theme for the 2008 CLCS Users Conference represents the many features and functions of CLCS that can be adapted for controlling transaction  risk over most any loan type. Attendees will take back the knowledge to "piggyback" on their existing CLCS System -- a system that already has each organization's executive sponsorship, corporate buy-in, and committed resources.

Data Select Systems, Inc. - 26th Anniversary 

On February 2, 2008, Data Select celebrated its 26th Anniversary.

Expertise, strength, and trust over the past 26 years have built Data Select into the company it is today.

Data Select has a large client base in the banking industry of North America, and its CLCS III  System is the standard for construction loan control. CLCS III  commands a 45% market share, servicing over $350 billion in construction loan outstandings.

Data Select's clients in 43 states of the U.S., Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Canada, and Mexico are very satisfied that CLCS III  continues to meet their market-driven needs. Each CLCS III  user is a great reference, and each client alumnus is a strong new client prospect.

CLCS - Release 2.3.1+

Release 2.3.1+ of CLCS III is now being distributed to all clients that are requesting this system upgrade.  In addition to an already feature-rich Release 2.3.1, the upgraded Release 2.3.1+ includes many more market-driven enhancements and modifications for customer service, risk management, user productivity, and management information.

CLCS - 2008 New Business

So far in 2008, three nationwide banking organizations have selected the CLCS System to standardize their bank-wide construction loan control.  Two of these organizations joined the expanding CLCS user group as a direct result of Data Select's global bank clients in Puerto Rico. The third was referred by a major business partner.

In 2007 Data Select added nine multi-bank holding companies, six regional banks, and one of the world's largest insurance companies to its rapidly growing CLCS client base.  In addition, client organizations continue to expand the use of CLCS across their enterprises with the addition of business units, portfolios, and interfaces.

CLCS - Oracle and MS SQL Integration 

Eight CLCS III client banks have now installed the Oracle and Microsoft SQL Integration Module.  The benefits of this integration module for CLCS III clients includes:

•   Customer website "self help"

•   Management dashboards

•   Ad-hoc end user query/report writing

CLCS - Superior Rating

Once again, the CLCS System received a superior rating by the internal auditors of a nationwide banking organization. This rating is based on:

•   Maintainability

•   Risk management

•   User satisfaction

CLCS - Business Partnerships

Data Select is continuing to build strong business partnerships with the top U.S. financial service organizations, with one such partnership totaling 18 common clients.
