CLCS III
Recommended by Regulators
A top ten U.S. bank has completed an
extensive effort to migrate its entire commercial real estate loan portfolio
to the CLCS III System. The
motivation for this effort came on the recommendation of regulators for
standardization of processes and funding controls.

Data Select is actively assisting
clients with a need to utilize CLCS III for

2010 New Business
So far in 2010, three nationwide
U.S. banking organizations and Canada's largest bank holding company are
implementing the CLCS III System
to standardize their construction loan control. In addition, a large
global banking organization has joined the expanding CLCS
client base.
Former CLCS
Users (alumni) and Business Partners continue to drive expansion of the CLCS
client base.
In addition to new business,
current clients are expanding the use of CLCS across
their enterprises with the addition of business units, portfolios, and
interfaces.
CLCS III -
Website Integration
Borrower customer service has been
enhanced for CLCS III clients
through website integration. This integration is expected to reduce servicing
costs by providing near real-time access to servicing information.
CLCS III

the Oracle/Microsoft SQL Integration Module. The benefits of this

CLCS Users Conferences
"CLCS
- A sure fit in uncertain times" was the theme for the 2009 CLCS
Users Conference held in Westlake Village, California, in May.
Timely to this theme was the opportunity to share just-completed research on
national construction lending reengineering efforts underway at a number of
the largest banks and at several community banks.
A one-day Conference for Puerto Rico
clients was also held in 2009 at Bahia Beach Resort in Rio Grande, Puerto
Rico. This inaugural event provided CLCS users
in Puerto Rico the opportunity to share their unique market and regulatory
needs with Data Select's management.
Looking ahead for the new year, the
2010 CLCS Users Conference will be
held in Westlake Village, California, May 16-20.
